PROVE YOUR CREW IS SAFE
AND ACCOUNTED FOR.
Real-time worker tracking, lone-worker SOS, evacuation muster, fall detection, H₂S exposure alerts. ATEX Zone 1 badges worn by every person on site. Replaces manual spreadsheets and radio-based head counts with live, defensible data.

470 US OIL & GAS FATALITIES, 2014–2019.
Most worker-safety programs still rely on radio check-ins, paper sign-in sheets, and end-of-shift manual headcounts. When an emergency hits, supervisors don't know who's where. H₂S exposure is logged only when someone reports it. Audit defense is a folder of clipboards.
EVERY PERSON. EVERY MINUTE. EVERY ZONE.
Issue a Badge
Every worker, contractor, and visitor gets a wearable SmartBadge at the gate. ATEX Zone 1 certified. 30-day rechargeable battery. Badge reutilization system — return at end of shift, recharge, reissue.
Real-Time Location
GPS outdoors. BLE indoor positioning via wall-mounted beacons. Live map shows who is in which zone, with timestamp and movement trail. No paper, no radio, no guessing.
Alerts & SOS
SOS button on the badge. Fall detection. Man-down (no movement). Geofence entry/exit. H₂S exposure threshold breach. Configurable escalation chains — supervisor → HSE → site command.
Muster & Audit
Evacuation drill or real event — site command sees real-time muster status in seconds. Who is at the muster point, who isn't, who needs help. Every event auto-logged for OSHA/MSHA-defensible records.
REAL-TIME WORKER VISIBILITY.

ONE BADGE. EIGHT FUNCTIONS.
Smart Worker Safety Badge
Wearable ATEX Zone 1 badge. GPS + BLE + LoRaWAN. SOS button, fall detection, man-down. 30-day battery, rechargeable, reusable across shifts. Worn on lanyard, vest, or helmet.
Personal H₂S / Multi-Gas Monitor
Continuous H₂S, CO, O₂, LEL monitoring per worker. OSHA/MSHA-defensible exposure logs. ATEX Zone 0. Refinery and confined-space grade. Worker exposure trail tied to badge ID.
BLE Indoor Positioning Beacons
Wall, column, doorway mount. 5-year coin-cell battery. 10–80m configurable range. Indoor zone tracking where GPS doesn't reach. Adhesive or magnetic mount.
Geofenced Work Zones
Define hazardous areas, evacuation routes, exclusion zones on a map. Entry/exit alerts. Crew rotation compliance tracking. Time-on-site enforcement for contractor zones.
Real-Time Muster & Drill Reports
Live dashboard during drills and events. Headcount by zone. Missing-person flags. Auto-generated drill reports — who was where, when they evacuated, time-to-muster.
Lone-Worker Check-Ins
Scheduled check-in intervals. Failed check-in triggers escalation. Configurable per role, per zone, per shift. Compliant with US OSHA, UK HSE, Canadian OH&S lone-worker requirements.
IN PRODUCTION
Live in production right now. Every shift, 350 employees and contractors. Real-time location, H₂S exposure tracking, evacuation muster. Replaced manual XLS and radio-based monitoring.
Every worker, vehicle, and hazard tracked in real time across 125 miles of active construction zones. Headcount, time-on-site, crew rotation, geofence alerts when equipment leaves zone.
Personnel and asset tracking across shore-to-offshore transfers. Vessel boarding compliance.
COMMON QUESTIONS
WHAT ABOUT EXISTING BADGES OR ACCESS-CONTROL SYSTEMS?+
WorkerIQ runs in parallel — it doesn't replace your physical access control. Many sites add WorkerIQ for hazardous-zone tracking, evacuation muster, and H₂S exposure, while keeping their existing badge access system for door entry.
ARE THE BADGES TRULY ATEX ZONE 1?+
Yes, the Smart Worker Safety Badge is certified ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 — suitable for refinery, oil & gas onshore/offshore, and chemical plants. For Zone 0 confined-space monitoring, the Personal H₂S Multi-Gas Monitor is ATEX Zone 0 certified.
WHAT'S THE RANGE INDOORS?+
BLE beacons provide indoor zone-level positioning at configurable 10–80m range. Typical deployment: one beacon per major room/zone. For large industrial buildings, 1 beacon per 50m² provides sub-room accuracy.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A BADGE BREAKS OR RUNS OUT OF BATTERY?+
Badges are reusable across shifts and rechargeable. The badge management system flags low-battery devices automatically. A spare-badge pool at the gate covers replacements without site disruption.
HOW DOES IT INTEGRATE WITH OUR HSE REPORTING?+
Every event (zone entry, alert, evacuation, exposure) is logged with timestamp, worker ID, and zone. Export to your incident-reporting system via REST API, scheduled CSV, or direct integrations with common HSE platforms.
WHAT'S THE SCALE LIMIT?+
A single LoRaWAN gateway covers ~10 km² and supports thousands of badges. A typical refinery deploys 3–8 gateways for full coverage. We've designed for 10,000+ badges per site.
