GATEWAYS + ANTENNAS.
IN THE FIELD. RIGHT NOW.

These are real Senzary installations — towers, rooftops, mining sites, refineries. Production gear pushing real packets to real dashboards. From a fence mount on a multi-acre site to a 60-meter mast on a refinery flare stack, the same IoTLogIQ Network Layer rides on every install.

How the network layer works

SIX THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

01

Protocol-Agnostic by Design

LoRaWAN is the default for battery-powered industrial sensors, but the IoTLogIQ Network Layer supports BLE, NB-IoT, LTE-M, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet on the same gateways and the same backend.

02

Indoor + Outdoor + Solar

Gateways for every environment — desktop indoor units, IP67-rated outdoor masts, and solar-powered remote installations where there's no power and no wire.

03

Long Range. Real Range.

Outdoor gateways routinely cover 6-mile radius. Indoor units punch through 600 ft of concrete. One gateway = thousands of sensors.

04

Secure by Default

OTAA symmetric-key encryption on every session. OpenVPN / IPsec tunnels for gateway-to-cloud — pre-configured, not bolted on. SSL/TLS on every dashboard.

05

Fast to Deploy

Most gateways come up in under an hour from arrival to first packet. Sensor onboarding is OTAA — provision in IoTLogIQ, power on, ready.

06

Cellular + Ethernet Backhaul

Hybrid backhaul: Ethernet where available, 4G failover where not. Gateways stay online through ISP outages and bad weather.

In the field

REAL INSTALLS. REAL PACKETS.

Five recent Senzary deployments across Florida, Europe, and Latin America. Every photo was taken by the field team during commissioning.

Twin omnidirectional antenna mount on outdoor wooden post — Florida deployment
Twin-antenna outdoor mount on wooden post — site-edge coverage for a multi-acre facility.
Tall omnidirectional LoRaWAN antenna on construction scaffold tower
Mast-mounted omni on a construction-grade scaffold tower — temporary coverage during a plant project.
LoRaWAN gateway mast at sunset overlooking rail corridor
Rail-corridor coverage at sunset — outdoor gateway feeding asset-tracking telemetry from rolling stock.
Outdoor LoRaWAN sensor antenna mounted at open-pit mining operation
Open-pit mining site — outdoor sensor with LoRaWAN antenna bolted to a process vessel. Mine-wide telemetry coverage.
Roof-mounted antenna and gateway on industrial blue metal building
Industrial roof mount — pole-and-bracket combo riding the parapet of a warehouse facility.
