Eric Schummer, Senzary CEO, spoke about how IOT solutions can be applied to make Airports more efficient and effective. He also explained why IoT projects fail and what steps must be taken to avoid failure.
Among some of the solutions reviewed was wayfinding for the visually impaired, solutions for better sustainability, tracking of items, predictive maintenance of machines and systems, and autonomous Kiosks. There was great interest from the attendees as they saw how Senzary’s technology could improve their airports. It was a very successful evening with much to talk about.
At the beginning of the event, Eric Schummer announced that Senzary – an end-to-end B2B IoT sensors and solution service provider, had recently established in partnership with Taiwanese industrial giant Advantech and the French public company Actility the SKYSMART AIRPORT SOLUTIONS ALLIANCE.
This consortium is focused on establishing standards and architectures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of airports using IOT sensors and solutions which are 100% interoperable and operational in multiple global locations. This alliance will help to bring together different airlines, airport authorities, and technology providers to create a system that can benefit all stakeholders.
He also encouraged attendees to join the alliance to collaborate and drive innovation in this industry. With the help of these two companies, Senzary can now provide its customers with a more comprehensive and reliable lorawan network connection service. This will ensure that airports and other industries get the most out of their IOT solutions with improved data accuracy, reduced costs, and greater efficiency.
